No matter whether your wedding needs are small or large, Marque IV will provide the perfect location.
Nestled halfway along Elizabeth Street Pier, Marque IV enjoys extensive water views on either side of the dining room. Diners can also feast their eyes on our expansive open kitchen, designed to show off our busy kitchen brigade at work.
Marque IV features plush chocolate leather and dense Tasmanian Blackwood. The mood is always warm, with starched linen, low lighting and gentle jazz. We cater for both intimate tables and larger groups with a convenient re-design of the room.
Celebrate your wedding with a multi award-winning restaurant surrounded by water front views from all windows. From a table of twelve to a corporate group booking out the entire venue, Marque IV will showcase Paul Foreman's signature dishes matched with quality wine and smooth professional service.
Number of guests
50 guests plus will need to hire the whole restaurant space. Our maximum number of guests is 90 guests, with no more than 75 guests when a dance floor is included in the space.
Cost
The minimum room charge is $6500 Sunday - Thursday, and $7500 on Friday - Saturday. If a group does not reach the minimum spend, the remainder of the charge works as room hire for the venue.
Other information
Marque IV can organise dance floors, microphones, etc, but these are extra charges on top of the minimum room charge.
Confirmation of numbers holds great importance due to staffing, food preparation and the turning away of other guests.
If the numbers of a group are over twenty, the numbers of guests confirmed on the day of the booking are the amount the group will be invoiced for.
