Glen Carr, formerly head chef at the outstanding Auge and The Lane Vineyards has recently joined their team. He joins David Newell, who has been a partner caterer for 2 1/2 years as co-owner of Adam's Catering, in forming D&G Catering.
They do not offer “packages” believing that it is your day and they would prefer to get an idea of exactly what you are looking for to tailor-make the event for you.
All aspects of your event can be taken care of, including catering, equipment hire, lighting, staging equipment, AV equipment and any other requirements you may have over and above what we supply directly.
Glen Ewin Estate prides itself on providing a beautiful venue, great service and a wonderful range of menus. Our partner caterers D&G Catering and Tellia Catering offer a wonderful and exciting range of dishes to suit the palate and the budget of all clients in either of their venues, The Pulpshed or The Gatehouse.
