We have a range of menus which can all be served buffet style or alternate plated or cocktail style, whatever is your preference.
You are most welcome to make alternative choices, to personalize your menu. There are many ways to arrange the menu, apart from the examples. For instance, we could serve a sorbet between entree and main course, to refresh the palate, and serve cheeses with coffee on the sideboard. We would be delighted to spend time going through these with you.
