The Barton Ballroom is a fully self contained function room with adjoining bar area. The ballroom can seat between 60 and 130 guests. This purpose built room has been tastefully refurbished to bring alive the extravagant atmosphere of the 1920s.
The surrounding Garden Courtyard is available for civil ceremonies.

The Brassey of Canberra is located within the central, quiet, leafy tree lined suburb of Barton.
Set in 2 and a half acres of lawns and gardens on the fringe of the parliamentary triangle it is within walking distance to many of Canberras Tourist attractions.
The Brassey offers single, twin double and family rooms and two different accommodation styles.
All rooms have electronic key-card access, private facilities, mini bars, colour television, STD and ISD phones and data ports for internet connection.
